This work is developed from the choice of three names of war operations that associate a metal and its characteristics, with some abstract concept or with an object that formally opposes it (Solid Lead, Iron Promise and Steel Curtain). The reproduction of the pairs of words, with iron letters of strongly constructive character, crowns three metallic fences of road safety. The fences are arranged in a triangle joined by their tips that forms an inaccessible enclosed space. This is a common provision used by police and security forces to prevent risks or prevent passage in urban rallies and demonstrations. In some presentations the work is accompanied by the installation of groups of large images that match reproductions of animals and visual documents of military operations that take their name.
