This summer I decided to take an artistic space that struck me repeatedly for years. This is the old disused swimming pool in the vacationing town I visit, La Pobla de Cérvoles (Lleida). Often there are places that for different reasons gets our attention. I particularly have attraction to theses areas that have lost their function and go unnoticed in everyday life of a population. This is the case of this pool near to the old laundries, which were no longer used in the seventies and now they offered me a blank page to intervene temporarily for a few days. Questions, the surprise appearance of unexpected objects, comments, reviving the memory of villagers have not only been a good response to my work, but some arguments to consider the uniqueness of these areas memory.
